Zenia and Marco’s wedding day was filled with laughter, fun and lots of love! The two were united in marriage and hosted a rocking reception at the Atheneum Suite Hotel in downtown Detroit. Creative sessions took place in historical landmarks throughout Detroit as well as the Atheneum rooftop. We were honored to be a part of their very special and memorable day!

Gina and Matt’s intimate wedding was all about the merging of two spectacular families. Gina’s brother and Matt’s sister wrote and officiated the ceremony while their other two siblings served as best man and maid of honor. The ceremony took place in Cafe Cortina’s Italian outdoor, countryside vineyard setting. Family and friends gathered inside for a five course, genuine Italian dining experience, followed by dancing under the romantic lights of the outdoor garden area. The entire day was a true reflection of their affection for their friends, family and one another. #meetDeZafrans

Taylor told us that Thomas fake proposed to her three times before he actually got down on one knee. She said that he would take her to all these beautiful places and say “Wouldn’t this be the most perfect spot to propose” but just end it there. So when he took her up to Big Bear for her birthday weekend, she was trying to not let his little inside joke ruin the weekend. They took a walk around the lake at sunset and while Taylor was snapping photos Thomas nonchalantly said “Wouldn’t this be the most perfect spot to propose… if I did I would say”. Taylor just rolled her eyes, turned away and continued snapping photos. She was trying to be a good sport and not get upset. When she finally noticed that he was really quiet she turned around and there he was down on one knee with the ring in hand. Turns out that this was the real proposal and she missed his whole speech!

Julia had always imagined having a very romantic, elegant wedding with a vintage touch and her day was exactly that; complete with a 1963 white Rolls Royce! Friends and family from around the world joined Wade and Julia to witness their marriage at the beautiful St. Hugo of the Hills Church in West Bloomfield, MI. The historic Meadow Brook Mansion in Rochester hosted the newlywed’s cocktail hour and reception party; the perfect backdrop for their fairy tale wedding!
